Insurance

At this time, we accept Cigna and Aetna insurances. We will use a program called Headway to verify your insurance policy and manage co-pays. This will be set up during the intake process. 

If you have a health insurance that we don't cover, you still may be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network mental health coverage. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time. The way this works is that we can provide you with a monthly superbill. This is the form that your insurance company will use to verify that you were seen by a licensed healthcare provider. You will pay the private pay fee (above) at the time of service, and after submitting the superbill to your insurance company, they may mail you a check for reimbursement. 

Payment

We handle all insurance claims through a program called Headway. If you are paying our Private Pay rate, you will be billed through Sessions Health, which is our online electronic health management system. During the intake process, you will be added to Sessions Health and Headway (if using insurance). After the first session, there's no extra work needed on your end! We accept HSA and FSA payment methods. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full session fee if canceling within the 24-hour window. Insurance will not cover this fee, so please be mindful when canceling your appointments. 

Good Faith Estimate

If you are paying for services out-of-pocket, you are entitled to a good-faith estimate. This is not a bill but will go over the potential charges and cost of services. It's a simple overview of the cost of services and any other potential charges that may come up along your treatment. We are transparent, so there won't be any surprise bills!
