About Eva

Hi, I'm Eva!

Therapy with me? It’s honest, it’s challenging, and it’s built for your growth.

We’re not here to gloss over the tough stuff or pretend everything’s fine. If life feels chaotic and you don’t know where to start, that’s okay—you’re in the right place. Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or just need someone to help make sense of it all, I’m here to guide you through. We’ll explore the hard moments, share a laugh when we can, and start untangling the mess so you can move forward in a way that makes sense for you.

I’m not just about listening, though that’s a big part of it. I’m here to challenge you in a way that feels supportive, offering fresh perspectives to help you reconnect with yourself, your relationships, and your goals. I use an integrative approach to therapy, blending tools like Brainspotting and Gottman techniques to meet you where you are. But this process is all about you—your pace, your needs, your growth. We’ll create a space where you can be fully yourself, free from pressure and expectation.

I have a deep passion for helping individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as life’s big transitions. My ideal clients are those who are ready to dig deep, be honest with themselves, and lean into the healing process. Growth can be tough, but it’s also incredibly liberating, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me traveling, savoring good food, soaking up the sun at the beach, or enjoying game nights with family and friends. I believe in the power of community and connection, both inside and outside the therapy room.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified in Brainspotting, and trained in Gottman Level I methods. I’m also an MN LMFT board-approved supervisor and a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I’m based in Miami, and I work with clients virtually throughout the state.
