Careers
The place where happy happens.
Stillwater Therapy was created with the idea that not all jobs and work environments are created equal. You deserve to work at an organization that has your best interest in mind and will work with you to create the workplace you want.
After watching many of my colleagues and supporters experience burnout after doing what they loved, I realized that it wasn't just a "personal problem." The problem was in the structure and organization of these companies. These great organizations that were supposed to focus on helping people, failed to help the people right in front of them. In creating Stillwater Therapy, I wanted to create a space where employees feel supported, taken care of, and actually feel like a priority, because here, you are.
You work hard to create a safe, comforting space where your clients can grow. You deserve that same kind of respect and compassion in your life. Stillwater Therapy will take care of you, so you can take care of others.

What we offer in return:
Flexible schedule. You can schedule clients in person in our office, telehealth from home, or soak up the good Florida weather with Walk and Talk therapy. The choice is yours!
Great work environment. We're on your side! We want to create a place where you feel valued. We have a calm atmosphere (duh, we're therapists), open communication, compassionate team members, and, most importantly, a good work-life balance.
A place where your input is valued. We are open to feedback! We have short team meetings to check in, see how you're doing, and see if there is anything you need our help on. This isn't a stuffy work meeting, it's simply a 10-15-minute weekly phone call to check in.
We pay for advertising. You will be added to our website, and other sites such as Psychology Today, and Zocdoc. As a team member, you don't pay for anything!
Competitive pay. As an employee of Stillwater Therapy, you will be an employee, meaning you will be a W-2 employee instead of a 1099 contractor. We also have a tiered pay structure, meaning the more clients you have, the more money you make!
We handle the boring stuff. You simply have to do what you're good at: being a therapist and (unfortunately) completing your notes. We will handle scheduling, billing, communication, and advertising.
We are looking for someone that doesn't just want a job where they clock-in/clock-out. We want to create a community that you can rely on.
You're good at doing therapy, let us handle the rest. Don't get stuck doing the job of a therapist, admin team, and billing department all at once. You're the expert in therapy, so stick with that!
If this sounds like something you're interested in, please send me an email with your resume at info@stillwater-therapy.com. You can also call or text us (813-803-0961) with any questions, and set up a time to chat!
