About Us

Ellie uses a person-centered approach to create a welcome, positive environment for you. She creates a space where you are free to be yourself and show up however you want. Your therapeutic relationship can help explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. You can cry, swear, laugh, or all of the above. You have the space to process every emotion. Ellie will share helpful skills or new insight throughout the process.

Sophia uses TF-CBT, DBT, and EMDR to tackle anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. She’s here to help with whatever you need, giving you full control of each session. In her welcoming space, feel free to express yourself fully—cry, laugh, or anything in between. Throughout the process, Sophia will provide helpful skills and insights to aid in your healing and growth.

Cindy, who is fluent in Spanish, utilizes CBT, SFT, and person-centered therapy to guide you through your struggles. She’s all about helping you find solutions in a style that’s professional yet laid-back. With Cindy, you're in a space where you can freely explore and address your challenges. She's ready to help you navigate your path with insight and ease.

Genuine human connection is the foundation of therapy. In our therapeutic relationship, we will talk about all of life's big (and seemingly small) moments. We will ask hard questions and use humor along the way. Because everyone is different, there isn't a "one size fits all" method. At Stillwater Therapy, we use a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and more.
