Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself. Life can feel overwhelming, relationships can be complicated, and emotions can be messy. But you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts and experiences in a way that truly makes sense for you.
I’m Nevedha White, a licensed clinical therapist with a background in psychology and social work. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, including children, young adults, couples, and families. My specialties include supporting neurodivergent individuals, navigating attachment and identity, and helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals, those from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, and people living with chronic illness and pain
In our sessions, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. My approach is trauma-informed and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, CPT, and mindfulness. Most of my clients begin to feel more hopeful and capable within just a few weeks of working together.
Outside of therapy, I love painting, poetry, and music. I’m a fan of coffee shops, board games, and thrifting, and I share my life with my precious five-year-old daughter and our loyal Blue Heeler. I also speak Tamil conversationally!
Therapy is your space, your time, and your journey. You set the pace—I’m just here to walk alongside you.
