Individual therapy (50 minutes): $95-120

Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full session fee if canceling within the 24-hour window. Insurance will not cover this fee, so please be mindful when canceling your appointments.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are paying for services out-of-pocket, you are entitled to a good-faith estimate. This is not a bill but will go over the potential charges and cost of services. It's a simple overview of the cost of services and any other potential charges that may come up along your treatment. We are transparent, so there won't be any surprise bills! We accept most major insurance plans, including Florida Blue, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Surest, UMR, Optum, and Oscar and more. If you are unsure whether your plan is covered, our team can verify your benefits before your first session so there are no surprises.

After your first session, we will submit your insurance claims to your insurance company. Some insurances process claims quickly, usually within 1–2 weeks, while others can take up to 90 days. Once the claim is processed, the insurance company will let us know your copay, coinsurance, or deductible. You will also receive an Explanation of Benefits, or EOB, either by mail or email if you opted for that, which is like a receipt from your insurance showing what you may owe for your services.
If you have questions at any point, please contact our office. We are often able to provide an estimated cost for your sessions, though we always recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card for the most accurate information. Our goal is to make insurance as simple and stress-free as possible so you can focus on your therapy.
