Our Approach

You may be hesitant to reach out for help. If you’ve never tried therapy before, and even if you have, you might have this idea that therapy is clinical and cold. My approach isn’t like that. You are the expert on yourself, and I’m just here to guide you in the right direction. Coming into our office might feel like an escape from your life, but when you go back, you might have a new perspective and a new sense of confidence. Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and let’s chat. 


We will navigate your struggles together, as a team. I'm here to collaborate with you, and find solutions that move you in the direction you want to go. It's like you're climbing your mountain over there, and I'm climbing my mountain over here.  From where I'm at on my mountain, I can see things on your mountain that you can't see, like an avalanche coming or alternative pathway you can take.  I can guide you in better directions and point out things you might not have noticed.
