When words don’t work, we’ll find something that does.

Some people process things by talking. Others need to move, create, or sit with a feeling before it turns into words. However you show up, that’s where we’ll start. I take a person-centered, strength-focused approach, meaning our work is shaped around you, not a one-size-fits-all idea of therapy. I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also helping you build insight, confidence, and real-life tools you can use outside of session.

I often incorporate creative outlets like art, music, play, and writing for clients who connect better through expression than conversation alone. Alongside that, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT when they fit, offering practical strategies to help you navigate challenges in a way that feels doable and relevant to your life. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are moving through grief, loss, trauma, and major life transitions. These experiences can feel heavy, confusing, or isolating, and my goal is to provide a space where you can work through them at your own pace while still feeling supported and understood.

My style is direct, honest, and collaborative. I believe in being real with you while also being compassionate and nonjudgmental. We will work together to figure out what is actually helpful, not just what sounds good in theory.

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work degree from Florida State University and bring that training into my work in a way that stays grounded, practical, and tailored to each individual. Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, painting, spending time with my pets, and going to concerts. Music is one of my favorite coping tools and something I often weave into sessions when it feels helpful.
