Are You Struggling with Grief?
Do the holidays feel overwhelming, and grief feels heavier this time of year? If you're struggling with loneliness, loss, or a lack of support, our Grief Support Group can help. Created to offer understanding and tools, this group guides you through the season with the support of others who understand.
5 Sessions, Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Starting November 19 (Nov. 19, Nov. 26, Dec. 3, Dec. 10, Dec. 17)
You’re Not Alone in Your Grief
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially during moments that bring memories to the surface. You might feel like others around you don’t understand, or that you should be able to “move on” faster than you’re able to. This is a common experience, but it’s one that no one should face alone. In our Grief Support Group, we provide a safe, compassionate space where you can express what you’re going through without judgment. Here, you’ll find others who have also felt the weight of loss and can relate to the unique challenges it brings. Together, we create a community of understanding, empathy, and healing. You’ll have the chance to hear others’ stories, share your own if you wish, and build supportive connections that help ease the burden of grief. Healing takes time, but with the right support, it becomes possible.
Guidance, Healing, and Connection in Every Session
Our Grief Support Group spans five weeks and uses evidence-based approaches to help you find comfort and clarity. Each session combines discussion, therapeutic tools, and practical strategies to help you process your emotions and build resilience. You'll leave each session with skills, exercises, and a sense of belonging.
$40/session, with a 20% discount for paying up front!
